Returns or exchanges:
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your withdrawal by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail).
To do this, you can use the European standard withdrawal form* to inform us that you are withdrawing from the purchase. However, the use of this form is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of revocation:
If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, back from us.
The costs of returning the order after withdrawal from the contract or in the case of an exchange will not be reimbursed by us. These costs will be reimbursed in case of an incorrect delivery or a broken product. A broken product must always be communicated to us by means of photos and evidence. Based on the burden of proof, we will determine whether the items can be returned free of charge.
If you only return part of the order, the costs for delivery will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment that you used to make the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; In any event, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to withdraw from the contract. You will be on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.
